5% Deposit

The agreement for sale and purchase will provide a 5% deposit payable upon satisfaction of purchaser conditions. Purchasers are recommended to include a finance condition to satisfy themselves that they will be able to borrow sufficient funds to complete the purchase. The offer applies to agreements which are signed by both parties prior to 31 October 2024. This offer does not extend to agreements entered into before 20 May 2023.
